We moved to WA last year and moved our policies over to this office. We bought a house and they messed up our home owners insurance policy, which delayed our closing date. Not a huge deal, but then a few months ago, they messed up again. This time it was costly to us. When we spoke to Sidney about it, instead of taking responsibility for the incident, passed the buck onto her "new" employees. State Farm insurance itself is fine, but I would not recommend this specific office."
